The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) may vary depending on the location and time of the occurrence, as well as other conditions that we may not be able to control, such as weather conditions and the availability of our partner network. Yes, whenever possible and appropriate, Truck & Trail Performance will provide a partner on site, however, if the vehicle can move safely, we recommend, for economic reasons, that the intervention be carried out in one of the workshops indicated by us. Our goal is to provide the best solutions tailored to your needs, which will depend on several factors, such as: location, type and severity of the incident, weather conditions and any specific safety and traffic rules in force in each region. The cost of assistance is determined by several factors and may vary depending on the type of intervention, as well as the country where it occurs. However, Truck & Trail Performance has defined a price range for each area depending on the type of service performed. Labor, travel, or even material costs used more regularly, such as tires, for example, are established with our network of partners in order to ensure better cost control for our customers, who do not need to make any payment at the location of the breakdown, as the entire process is managed by us. After the service, services performed on site will be invoiced, plus our management costs.

The ETR or ETC (ETR – Estimated Time of Repair or ETC - Estimated Time of Completion), is the Estimated Time to Complete the Repair after diagnosis. This indicator is one of the controls carried out by our team during assistance management, allowing our customers to stay informed about the progress of the service and to have an estimate of when their vehicle will be ready to return to the road.
Our team will manage and monitor all assistance without you having to worry. All stages of assistance are controlled and recorded in our own management software, allowing our customers to stay informed, receiving automatic notifications of all relevant updates. Access to the entire assistance history is available online on the customer portal so you can follow up on incidents without any worries.
