Data Analyst & Project Manager (m/f)

Following its strategy of consolidation and growth, Truck & Trail Performance, an international company specializing in Roadside Assistance for transport vehicles, is looking to hire a Data Analyst & Project Manager for its office in Carnaxide. The main responsibilities will include data analysis and transformation, development and implementation of Power BI, as well as decision-making in the continuous optimization and development of the company's main management software.

Job description:

  • Analyze and validate data, prepare reports and operational dashboards.
  • Extract and translate business data into statistical data.
  • Develop policies and processes for data collection and analysis.
  • Synthesize information to make it accessible to the network of partners and users.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to users for the effective use of BI solutions.
  • Recommend improvements to issues related to proposed/implemented solutions, aiming to integrate them into the ETL process.
  • Document operational processes.
  • Create detailed technical specifications for the solutions to be developed and implemented in the company’s main management software.
  • Provide input on design and code reviews, documentation, and implementation of productivity methodologies.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and validate the work of the development team.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that implemented solutions and developments meet user needs accurately, efficiently, and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Academic background or studies in Computer Engineering, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or another relevant field.
  • Training in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar field is a plus.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in developing dashboards, KPIs, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft environments and related BI, Big Data, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office), especially experienced in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with strong knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and VBA (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. (preferred).
  • Experience in report generation and reporting.
  • Experience in analyzing and developing business solutions and project management.
  • Experience in requirements gathering processes.
  • Experience in creating functional documentation and process flows.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems and improvement opportunities, demonstrating critical thinking, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal clients and support teams, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with good organizational and planning skills.
  • Good time management, ability to set priorities, and a focus on meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Enjoys teamwork and can adapt to a multicultural environment.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and proactive profile.
